" No-nonsense Exemplary Service. I've been using DAS for my servicing and repairs since I started working in Daventry and they have continued to impress me on every visit. Nothing is ever too much trouble or likely to induce that classic raised eyebrow and 'sounds like a big job' response that leaves you thinking your wallet is about to be emptied. This is definitely not one of those 'they saw you coming' type of businesses. Their pricing is very reasonable and they also stick to their quotes, which is a first for me. I'd go as far to say it's the only car garage I have ever felt has been totally legit, and trustworthy. Looking at the other reviews on here, and other sites, it seems that there are many other very satisfied customers, and virtually no complaints, however minor. I just got my car back today, having dropped it off this morning for some emergency suspension repairs. I said that I had a work trip to the Isle of Wight the next day which was very important. Despite being very busy with five other motors, they managed to sort it for me, even staying until 7pm to finish the job. This instance sums them up in a nutshell. Absolutely superb. All in all these are proper decent blokes that offer excellent workmanship, customer service, and speedy turnaround times. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Forget the local alternatives too, they won't even come close!! "
" Thank god for Daventy Auto Services. After having a really bad and very, very expensive experience with A2Z autos, I brought my car here. The last garage had charged me £2000 to stop my car from smoking, had the car for the best part of 4 months and had failed to do anything with it. Took it to DAS, they only had the car in total 2 days, and my problem was solved. All for the price of £400 in total. Cant thank them enough. would definitely recommend them to everyone. Still cant believe that A2Z motors had the car for so long and charged me so much, yet Daventry Auto Services had it done in 2 days and so much cheaper. Thank god there are still honest people around who know what they are doing. "
" I recently took my audi a4 into 2 daventry garages after finding engine oil mixing with my coolant in my bottle, and was told that my head gasket was blown, they both quoted me at well over £500 to fix this problem. after having some bad experiences with garages in the local area i wanted another opinion so i visited daventry auto services, on royal oak estate. They checked my audi and phoned me with the news that the oil cooler was the problem why my oil was mixing with my coolant and quoted me a fraction of the price of my previous quotes, i gave them the go ahead to replace the oil cooler, i then had another call that evening saying my audi was ready for collection. i picked my car up and since i have had no issue with it.
